After winning the bidding ROLT service team will inspect 5 Deutz diesel gensets of unit capacity 1500 kW and 2 Caterpillar diesel gensets of unit capacity 880 kW. These stationery diesel plants supply power to pumps, compressors, gas heating and dehydration stations and also supply electricity to a town where the staff of the oilfield lives. Diesel gensets DEUTZ MWM TBD620 V16 were commissioned at oil pumping station Aryskum in 2003. Diesel gensets Сaterpillar 3508 supply energy to the sites situated near Kyzyl-Kia. 

Three Deutz diesel units will be dismantled, engine components and main joints will be examined for defects. At the same time the servicing engineers will check the condition of cylinder heads, crankcase, cam shaft, fuel pumps and injectors. Other components will be checked without stopping the engine. Under the results the specialists of ROLT energy service will evaluate the cost of overhaul.

ROLT also concluded a long-term service contract for Verkh-Tarsk oilfield, it inspects and repair gas reciprocating and diesel power plants for other oil companies. In May 2015 high standards of ROLT energy service were proved by annual accreditation of “Rosneft” JSC.
