ROLT power systems services the equipment at the Northern oilfields of the public company “Novosibirksneftegas”. Our engineers in Novosibirsk maintain 32 units of the equipment totaling capacity of more than 40 MW.

Under the service contract we maintain the equipment in a 24/7 way. It includes current overhaul repairs according to the manufactures’ standards, preventive maintenance of generating equipment and mechanical systems. All equipment has been tested and the schedule of production has been issued till 2014.

 Our service engineers support different generating equipment. For example, in the northern oilfield of “Novosibirksneftegas” there are several gas reciprocating gensets from different producers: Caterpillar, Jenbacher, Waukesha and Cummins, gas turbines Centrax and diesel units from EMZ Holding Company. This equipment constantly supplies energy to oil extracting field, pumping stations, administrative and living utilities. 

We also support network equipment, oil flowing points, high voltage transmission lines and chemical protection of oil pipes 212 km long. Indeed we already have a wide knowledge and experience of maintenance and servicing of power plants of large capacity. During 2005-2008 we supported power centers of “Petrokazahstan Kumkol resources” on diesel gensents of the total capacity of 30 MW.

The project “Novosibirksneftegas” continues with the policy of ROLT power systems to develop a new business activity – maintenance and service of energy equipment. Nowadays the company wants to create a separate business unit for the service department which will support the equipment commissioned by ROLT power systems and by other companies.
