MTU onsite energy is one of the best manufactures of internal combustion engines with more than 100 year experience. MTU engines are used in different vehicles, sea vessels, railway transport and etc. Starting from the second part of XX century the company launched serial production of power generating equipment on its engines. Nowadays MTU onsite energy is a part of Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG which is one of the leading suppliers of high-speed diesel generators and medium speed gas reciprocating gensets. In the beginning of 2014 MTU onsite energy manufactured more than 4500 generators with internal combustion engines of more than 3700 MW capacity.

MTU onsite energy has a wide dealer network all over the world. In 2013 MTU rep-office was opened in St. Petersburg.
