The plant really struck with its scale. Modern production of ceramic granite was launched under trademark «CF systems Ceramics of the future» almost in a year time. Alexey Boldyrev, the chairman of the board of directors of the main company plant— JSC Freelite, marked that the short implementation terms of the project became possible due to investment climate, created by the region government and its team. The main ceramic production equipment was delivered and commissioned by trend-setter in the ceramics - the Italians. The guest of honour, the head of trade and economic department of the Embassy of Italy in the Russian Federation, Mr. Niccolo Fontana said that today «CF systems Ceramics of the future" is the most modern production of porcelain, not only in Russia but throughout Eastern Europe.

At the first stage of the plant two lines were put into operation that will ensure the release of 5 million square meters of ceramic granite per year. According to rough calculations the volumes will be enough to coat over 1300 new buildings with high number of storeys. The plant management plans to bring the production to full capacity by the end of the current year, and in 2015 it marked an enlargement of production capacities in two times. The first site covered with ceramic granite with a new name on the market will be The Sports Palace in Kaluga.

Several words on the opening ceremony. The first part of the event consisted of general excursion around the plant accompanied by technical experts. Technical specialists working in CF Systems could speak in detail about production stages of the new modern construction material, opening a lot of technological know-how. Thus, for many it was a surprise that main raw material for the production of tile comes from Donbass. Moreover, open-cut mining for extraction of ceramic material base are located directly near Slavyansk. Quality technologies appeared to be satisfied after several dozens of ceramic base samples for future artificial granite from different parts of Russian and neighbouring countries were tested. The required characteristics were only provided by raw material from Slavyansk open-cut mining. Despite difficulties in the region the supplies did not stop for a second. Unloading and storage of raw materials were conducted at the moment of official opening ceremony. Engineers spoke of the essential differences of ceramic granite from so-called "enamelled ceramic granite" and other substitutes, that concede to the original product in terms of integrity and water absorption. Integrity allows to produce ceramic granite with size up to 1200х1200 mm. Only "CF systems Ceramics of the future" located in Balabanovo is capable to do it on the territory of Russia.

The official program of the tour, unfortunately, did not involve a visit to the central object of power plant - power plant based on two modules ROLT PSG2000, manufactured and commissioned by experts of ROLT power systems.. But for some visitors chief electrical supervisor of the plant made an exception and demonstrated how modules and operator workstation works with installed management and monitoring station system. Main energy consumers at the plant are electric motors of 630 kW of two powerful mills, milling original raw material (clay and feldspar) into homogeneous mass of creamy consistency. Huge amount of energy is consumed by furnaces that dry intermediate products as well as electrical equipment of conveyors and preparation areas, finished product sorting and packing. In addition, the electric power from ROLT PSG2000 is consumed for life support systems of administrative and production premises.

The special event was followed by a banquet. Congratulations voiced by representatives of different countries who were involved in the implementation of the ambitious investment project — Russia, Moldova, Ukraine, Italy and Spain. Guests and hosts the new company were congratulated by Alexander Ivanov and "Rondo" group with an entertainment programme.

Energy efficiency and small distributed were mentioned by the Presidential Envoy in the Central Federal District Alexander Beglov, whose message was read at the opening: "Opening of a enterprise, equipped with modern machinery and meeting the highest standards and requirements in the sphere of labour arrangement, ecology and energy effectiveness will contribute to improvement of social and economical situation in the region. I am sure that the plant work will expand production of competitive products, which is especially important at present, create jobs and strengthen mutually beneficial inter-regional cooperation".

«For us this project is a king of test, — Andrew Chikeev, commercial director of ROLT power systems says, — but we complied with all the terms». In fact, construction and launch took less than 8 months, of which 7 months took to manufacture the equipment, less than a month to install, start up and integrate the power centre into electrical and heat networks of the plant. «In terms of promotion ROLT power systems among the target audience, it was important to work out the use of a new corporate identity and adaptation for branding of our products ", – adds Head of Marketing Communications Oleg Danilov.

Commitment to the marine theme, which had previously been expressed in the tradition of splitting a bottle of champagne at a container with products, was continued in corporate ROLT gifts.. Starting from last year representatives of the client began to receive naval dagger as a reward with a ROLT symbol. This time the "marine" gifts and honour badges received both co-owners of «CF systems Ceramics of the future" and chief electrical supervisor Dmitry Pogorely (in the picture).

Representatives of ROLT power systems voiced an appreciation for their participation in the implementation of the ambitious project, which has great importance for the construction industry of the Central Federal District, and expressed their willingness to participate in a new phase of plant power supply, which should start very soon - in November - December. Power centre enlargement was planned at the stage of construction – the foundation for new station ROLT PSG2000 was already laid in summer.
